Refund policy

Notice: Our returns and exchange policy („Rückgabe & Umtausch“) is available in German only. Only the German version is binding. It describes a voluntary 14-day return option offered by Smoketown. Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases; mandatory rights of consumers resident in Liechtenstein under the law applicable to them remain reserved. Your statutory rights in case of defects or wrong deliveries remain unaffected.
