1. Conclusion of contract
A purchase contract between the customer and Smoketown Rorschach GmbH is concluded by an online or telephone order and immediate prepayment for certain products. However, Smoketown Rorschach GmbH may withdraw from the contract within 7 days without stating reasons. In the case of prepayment, the amount paid will be refunded immediately.
2. Product offer
All product information is non-binding. In particular, changes in design and technology that improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in description, illustration and price information, are reserved.
3. Delivery terms
The ordered products can be shipped to an address in Switzerland or abroad (Principality of Liechtenstein only). Delivery is made by Smoketown Rorschach GmbH, by Swiss Post, Cargo Domizil, a transport company or other third parties. As a rule, the ordered goods are delivered within 1–3 days after conclusion of the contract, provided the goods are in stock with us or at our head office. Otherwise, a written confirmation/invoice with the expected delivery date will be sent. Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, liquids, nicotine products and related accessories are only supplied to persons aged 18 or over. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
4. Purchase on account with instalment option (POWERPAY)
As an external payment service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method “purchase on account”. With a single invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not pay within the specified period, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment arrangements. When purchasing on account, you also accept, in addition to our terms and conditions, those of PowerPay (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
