1. Conclusion of contract
A purchase agreement is concluded between the customer and Smoketown Rorschach GmbH through online or telephone orders and immediate prepayment for certain products. However, Smoketown Rorschach GmbH may withdraw from the contract within 7 days without giving a reason. In the case of prepayment, the amount paid will be refunded immediately.
2. Product range
All product information is non-binding. In particular, changes in design and technology that improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in description, illustration and price information, are reserved.
3. Delivery terms
The ordered products can be shipped to a Swiss or foreign address (only within the Principality of Liechtenstein). Delivery is handled by Smoketown Rorschach GmbH, the postal service, Cargo Domizil, a transport company, or other third parties. Delivery of the ordered goods typically takes place within 1-3 days of order confirmation, provided the goods are in stock at our warehouse or headquarters. Otherwise, a written confirmation/invoice will be sent with the expected delivery date. Hookah and cigarette tobacco will not be sold to anyone under 18 years of age. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer confirms that they are at least 16 years old.
4. Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "purchase on account." With a single invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not pay within the specified timeframe, you will subsequently receive a monthly statement with an order summary in the following month.
Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment processing. When purchasing on account, you also accept our terms and conditions, which are provided by Power Pay . (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
