montreal-original-american-classic-10ml-nikotinsalz
Montreal Original American Classic 10 ml Nicotine Salts

American Classic – Velvety American Tobacco

American Classic is the smooth, full-bodied tobacco blend from Montreal Original. It combines light and dark tobacco to create a profile that starts bold and finishes velvety – the classic American character found in traditional cigarette blends. At Smoketown, American Classic is available as a nicotine salt liquid in a 10 ml bottle, with a choice of 10 mg/ml or 20 mg/ml.

What does American Classic taste like?

The light tobacco provides the initial flavor, while the dark tobacco adds body and a smooth, almost creamy finish. The result is less sharp than pure blonde tobacco and less spicy than an oriental blend – it lies right in between. Despite its smooth character, the profile remains dry, as no sugar is added.

What sets Montreal Original apart from other tobacco liquids

Most tobacco blends on the liquid shelf use recreated flavors and a touch of sweetener to make the result appealing. Instead, Montreal Original extracts tobacco flavors using reverse osmosis – a process from the Canadian cannabis industry that the brand adopted for e-liquids after legalization in 2018. The flavor molecules are extracted directly from the tobacco, leaving residues behind. The result is drier, more direct, and noticeably less sweet than usual. Sucralose and added sugar are deliberately omitted, which also generally keeps the coils clean for longer. The brand was founded in Canada in 2020; the recipes are developed in Canada and bottled in France.

American Classic compared to the other Montreal varieties

Among the three country classics, American Classic is the velvety middle ground: French Classic is bolder and more bitter, British Classic is milder and more subtle. It is suitable for refillable pod systems and classic MTL vaporizers with higher resistance.
